华南师范大学生命科学学院教授、博士生导师。主要从事植物光合作用与能量学相关研究,通过使用荧光蛋白探针等技术,厘清植物细胞的能量来源途径。曾在苏黎世联邦理工学院、华威大学及中国科学院水生生物研究所进行访学研究。2023年入选香港研资局博士后奖学金计划。获批主持国家自然科学基金外国青年学者研究基金项目。在Nature Communications 、Plant Journal等SCI期刊上发表多篇论文。现担任New Zealand Journal of Crop and Horticultural Science的青年编委,并在New Phytologist、Plant Journal和Plant physiology and biochemistry期刊担任审稿人。
