
梁明华,华南师范大学,一类青年英才(特聘研究员),入选2019年中国博士后科学基金资助者选介。主要从事微生物、分子生物学、合成生物学相关领域,以高产类胡萝卜素的耐盐杜氏藻为研究对象,解析杜氏藻类胡萝卜素代谢途径,构建一系列能产特定类胡萝卜素的大肠杆菌代谢工程菌株;从转录、蛋白、启动子、顺式作用元件以及转录因子等水平,整合多组学、生物化学和分子生物学技术,研究杜氏藻中的类胡萝卜素代谢调控及胁迫响应机制,建立了杜氏藻外源基因表达系统,为杜氏藻底盘开发提供重要理论基础,挖掘微生物/微藻在食品、工业、环保等领域中的应用。近年来以(共同)第一/通讯作者身份在Progress in Lipid Research、Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry、LWT-Food Science and Technology、Food & Function、ACS Synthetic Biology、Environmental Microbiology、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Applied and Environmental Microbiology、Algal Research、Enzyme and Microbial Technology等主流学术期刊上发表SCI论文30余篇,论文总被引>1600次,H指数为20。共获得7项授权发明专利。近年来主持国家自然科学基金、广东省自然科学基金面上项目、广州市项目、中央高校基本科研业务费、中国博士后科学基金等10项科研项目。
