于志波,华南师范大学生命科学学院特聘副研究员,硕士生导师。2019年于厦门大学获得生态学博士学位,2019年加入华南师范大学生命科学学院,主要从事模式植物拟南芥和水稻响应环境高温胁迫应答的分子机制研究,相关研究工作以第一作者、共第一作者、通讯作者身份在《Molecular Plant》、《The Plant Cell》、《Physiologia Plantarum》、《RNA Biology》、《Frontiers in Genetics》和《aBIOTECH》等国际知名主流期刊发表论文多篇。
先后主持了国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、广东省自然科学基金面上项目和中国博士后基金等课题。曾获得山东省及山东农业大学2014届优秀毕业生、福建省优秀博士学位论文等荣誉称号;2023年获得22级本科生校级优秀班主任、2024年获得全国植物生物学大会优秀墙报等荣誉称号。鼓励学生求实创新、探索科学前沿,近年来指导本科生完成“培优计划”,“金种子”和“长基计划”等项目。
