个人简历

  20196月毕业于华南师范大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。20197月入选国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”,留校从事博士后研究工作。20228月以“高层次人才-青年拔尖”留校工作,聘为副教授、硕士生导师、昆虫科学与技术研究所副所长。长期从事核酸G-四链体结构(G4)和i-motif高级结构的表观遗传调控机制研究,在Genome Biology、Nucleic Acids Research4篇)、Communications BiologyEpigenetics & ChromatinInsect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology等国际期刊上发表学术论文20篇。主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年项目、国家博士后创新人才支持计划,博士后科学基金和广东省自然科学基金等科研项目多项。荣获第十届“中国昆虫学会青年科学技术奖”、广东省百名博士博士后创新人物等荣誉。


研究方向
G4结构的表观遗传调控机制。G4结构是一种动态形成的核酸高级结构,课题组围绕G4结构什么时候形成、在哪里形成、形成之后发挥什么样的生物学功能及影响了细胞的哪些生理过程等重要科学问题开展研究。通过这些基础性的研究,我们希望挖掘到具有重要调控功能的G4结构及其结合蛋白,为进一步开发靶向核酸高级结构及其结合蛋白的生物发育调节剂、杀虫剂、抗肿瘤药物提供新的靶点。
