以拟南芥和豆科植物为研究材料,立足植物细胞生物学研究热点和前沿问题,结合生化、分子细胞、遗传及各类组学手段重点开展如下研究:  植物细胞囊泡运输及其调控植物环境适应的分子机制  植物自噬及其调控植物环境适应的分子机理  泛素化蛋白分选及液泡介导的植物蛋白降解
