个人简历

1997年厦门大学微生物学专业毕业,获学士学位;同年免试推荐到中国科学院南海海洋研究所攻读海洋生物学硕士学位,于2000年获硕士学位;其后赴美国威廉玛丽学院攻读海洋科学博士学位,于2008年获博士学位;2008年起在美国弗吉尼亚海洋研究所开展博士后研究;2013年起聘为华南师范大学生命科学学院教授,博士生导师。2009年获美国威廉玛丽学院弗吉尼亚海洋研究所最佳博士生论文奖,2014年入选国家青年海外高层次人才引进计划。承担主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和广东省自然科学基金项目等。担任广东省优质环保水产养殖工程技术研究中心主任,中国水产学会鱼病专业委员会委员,中国水产学会《水产学报》编委,Frontiers in ImmunologyReview Editor


教育经历

研究方向
以尼罗罗非鱼为研究材料,立足鱼类细胞及分子免疫学研究热点和前沿问题,结合免疫、细胞和分子生物学等手段重点开展如下研究: (1) B细胞功能调控机制及体液免疫记忆机制 鱼类B细胞具有类似专职吞噬细胞的吞噬功能,在免疫保护中发挥重要的作用。我们最近发现鱼类B细胞分化程度与其吞噬功能的强弱密切相关,并将开展鱼类B细胞吞噬功能的调控机制与演化规律研究。另外,我们初步阐明鱼类体液免疫记忆是由长寿命浆细胞和记忆性B细胞协同维持的。本研究方向将探究鱼类B细胞的功能调控和演化机制,旨在阐述B细胞功能的生物演化规律,深化硬骨鱼B细胞功能的调控理论体系。 (2) IgM抗体及补体分子结构和功能 鱼类IgM抗体具有四聚体同质异构体的结构多样性。我们最近研究发现硬骨鱼的免疫系统通过调控结合抗原的亲和力大小来改变分泌的IgM抗体同质异构体结构的比例,从而影响其抗体的生物学功能;并将开展其结构影响功能的调控机制及适应性进化机制。同时,开展补体系统关键分子参与抵御病原菌侵染的免疫应答的研究。 (3) 水产动物的健康养殖技术 通过研究微生物调控与免疫预防等绿色健康的病害防控技术,开展水产经济动物生态防治的健康养殖理论研究与技术研发。
