2012年毕业于美国新墨西哥大学(University of New Mexico),获化学博士学位。2012年至2019年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校基因组生物学研究所(Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)从事博士后研究。2019年3月作为青年拔尖人才引进到华南师范大学生命科学学院生态科学研究所,聘为研究员。共发表SCI收录研究论文18篇,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Chemical Biology,Proc. Natl.
