研究方向
（1） 单殖吸虫的分类与分子系统学 单殖吸虫是水生动物寄生虫的一个重要类群，具有丰富的物种多样性和高度的宿主特异性，亦是养殖鱼类的重要病原生物之一。近30年专注于我国四大海域常见鱼类及华南地区两栖爬行类寄生单殖吸虫的调查研究，详细描述发现的新属、新种及中国新记录种，测定所获虫种的ITS、28S rDNA等序列及部分虫种的转录组序列，探讨疑难种或相似种的分类地位及不同阶元间的亲缘关系。 （2） 鱼类单殖吸虫病的防控技术 中国是水产养殖大国,随着养殖规模的扩大和集约化程度的不断提高，寄生虫病害已成为阻碍该行业发展的重要因素。进行草鱼指环虫病、鳜锚首虫病及海水养殖鱼类本尼登虫病的流行病学调查与防控技术试验，明确病原虫种及流行动态，筛选敏感的地方特色中草药；基于组学筛查与本尼登虫寄生生活相关的基因。为鱼类寄生虫病的病原诊断、流行病学监测及绿色防控奠定基础。
