个人简历

自1999年起师从中国科学院上海生命科学研究院尹文英先生，从事六足动物（昆虫）基部类群（原尾纲、弹尾纲、双尾纲、石蛃目和衣鱼目）的系统演化研究。2004年获得博士学位，并留院工作，2014年竞聘为研究员。2018年8月作为青年拔尖人才加入华南师范大学生命科学院。曾获中国昆虫学会第六届青年科学技术奖，周尧昆虫分类学奖励基金二等奖，入选中国科学院青年创新促进会。先后主持和参与多项国家自然科学基金、国家转基因生物新品种培育科技重大专项和国家重点研发计划等项目。迄今，在演化生物学、昆虫学和系统学领域的权威杂志Mol Biol Evol、Methods Ecol Evol、Genome Biol Evol、Insect Biochem Mol Biol和System Entom等期刊上发表论文45篇，部分成果获得Faculty of 1000的推荐。


研究方向
（1） 昆虫变态的起源和翅的发生：选取不变态昆虫和变态昆虫的代表类群，建立演化发育生物学（Evo-Dev）研究平台，通过比较基因组和关键基因功能比对研究，探讨昆虫变态发育的演化和翅的发生与分化的分子机制。 （2） 六足动物基部类群的分子演化和昆虫的起源：基于早期出现的六足动物类群处于从水生甲壳动物演化到陆生昆虫中间的重要“过渡”地位，选取各类群代表物种，使用组学数据构建系统发生关系，并结合发育生物学方法探讨关键性状的演化规律和分子机制。 （3） 六足动物基部类群的系统分类：长期开展原尾纲、双尾纲和衣鱼目的生物多样性研究，进行种类修订，并结合形态学特征和分子序列比对，探讨各级阶元的系统发生，建立各类群合乎自然演化规律的系统关系。
