个人简介:

张新帅,博士,研究员。2012年毕业于美国新墨西哥大学(University of New Mexico), 获化学博士学位。2012年至2019年在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校基因组生物学研究所(Carl R. Woese Institute for Genomic Biology, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign)从事博士后研究。20193作为青年拔尖人才引进到华南师范大学生命科学学院生态科学研究所。共发表SCI收录研究论文17篇,其中以第一作者或共同第一作者在Nature Chemical BiologyProc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U. S. A.J. Am. Chem. Soc.eLifeAngew. Chem. Int. Ed.ACS Catalysis等国际权威期刊上发表研究论文7篇。

 

主要研究方向:

主要从事分子层面上的微生物代谢研究,利用“基因组酶学”策略解析微生物新酶功能及其参与的代谢通路。解析肠道微生物中最富集的甘氨酰自由基蛋白家族新酶功能,在分子层面上阐明肠道微生物代谢膳食成分和外源性成分的生化分子基础。
