    2005年著名昆虫分子生物学家冯启理教授被引进回华南师范大学生命科学学院,组建了昆虫分子与发育生物学实验室。冯启理教授曾在加拿大自然资源部大湖林业研究中心主持和领导分子昆虫学实验室的研究工作,主持了多项加拿大Biotechnology Strategy基金和参与了Genome Canada基金项目的研究。他在昆虫功能基因组学、昆虫变态发育的分子机理、昆虫与植物的关系等方面的研究为国内外广大同行高度认可,在昆虫学国际核心期刊,如:PNAS、Journal of Proteome ResearchAutophagyApoptosis、Insect Biochem. Mol. Biol.、Insect Mol. Biol.、J. Insect Physiol.等发表论文多篇,是Insect Mol. Biol., Mol. Cell. Biochem.,Arch. Insect Biochem. Physiol.,J. Insect Science 等多个SCI杂志的审稿人,是国际鳞翅目昆虫基因组项目协作组顾问委员会成员。目前,该实验室以重要经济昆虫家蚕和主要农业害虫斜纹夜蛾为研究材料,通过分子生物学、基因组学、蛋白组学和代谢组学等研究方法,系统深入地研究昆虫变态发育的分子调控机理及昆虫与宿主植物相互协同进化关系。这些研究不仅从理论上,可以阐明昆虫与其生存环境协同进化的重大科学问题;在应用上,可以为害虫防治和益虫利用提供策略和技术支持。

  • 我室冯启理教授在PNAS(影响因子:9.681)上发表文章!2012年716日《美国国家科学院院刊》 Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America)在线发表了我校生命科学学院博士研究生邓惠敏的研究论文 “Homeodomain POU and Abd-A proteins regulate the transcription of pupal genes during metamorphosis of the silkworm, Bombyx mori  (http://www.pnas.org/content/early/2012/07/10/1203149109.full.pdf+html。这是我校近年来发表的影响因子最高的论文之一。PNAS的发表,973课题的获得,以及多项国家自然科学基金面上项目的获准支持,表明冯启理教授所领导团队的科研水平已上升到了一个新的水平!我们有信心以此为新的起点,继续提升我室的整体科研水平。
