个人简介
张小帅,博士,硕士生导师。2011年于山东师范大学生命科学学院毕业,获学士学位。2016年,于中山大学生命科学学院获博士学位,期间师从徐卫华教授,从事昆虫滞育的研究。2016-2020年,在中山大学生命科学学院从事博士后研究工作。2021年加入华南师范大学生命科学学院昆虫科学与技术研究所。主持和承担国家自然科学基金面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,广州市科技计划“启航”项目1项。以第一作者或通讯作者在国际权威期刊Science Advances、PNAS、Journal of Biological Chemistry 等杂志发表多篇论文。
研究方向
(1)活性氧介导的蛋白磷酸化在昆虫断肢再生中的作用机制:
如何快速的起始再生是再生领域的关键科学问题。此方向将利用美洲大蠊强大的断肢再生能力和高效的RNAi体系,探索活性氧作为再生起始因子介导的蛋白磷酸化在促进昆虫损伤修复和断肢再生的机理,并进一步在高等脊椎动物中探索其促进肢体再生的普适性机制。
(2)活性氧在果蝇休眠中的分子机制和神经生物学机理:
昆虫面临短光照和低温条件下,会进入停滞发育的阶段,果蝇称为休眠。但是外界压力信号到滞育信号转变的神经生理学基础却非常不清晰。此方向将利用果蝇清晰和强大的神经研究遗传工具,探索活性氧在果蝇休眠中的分子机制和神经生物学机理。
