个人简介

陈楠,副研究员,硕士生导师。2013年毕业于河南农业大学,获学士学位;2018年毕业于西北农林科技大学,获博士学位,同年9月加入华南师范大学生命科学学院昆虫科学与技术研究所,主要从事昆虫化学生态和生理生化研究。主持和承担国家自然科学基金(NSFC)面上项目1项、NSFC青年科学基金1项、中国博士后科学基金特别资助1项和面上项目2项,参与NSFC国际(地区)合作与交流项目、重点项目和面上项目等5项。以第一或通讯作者在Nature Ecology & Evolution、The Innovation、Pest Management Science、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology等期刊发表论文多篇,其中专题评论论文1篇、ESI高被引1篇,授权发明专利1项。

研究方向

(1)蟑螂信息素介导的化学通讯机制

蟑螂主要以化学信号进行种内和种间通讯,如何精准识别外界因素(食物、配偶和同伴等)对于其环境适应性至关重要。将重点围绕化学信号介导的取食、求偶交配和聚集等行为,探究其背后的分子和神经生物学机制。

(2)蟑螂抗药性机理

研究在杀虫剂选择压力下,蟑螂种群迅速产生高水平抗性,既涉及行为抗性,也包括代谢抗性和表皮穿透抗性。探究上述抗性产生的机制,将对蟑螂种群抗性治理提供新的见解。
