个人简介

牛康康,男,河南开封人。博士,副教授,硕士研究生导师。20196月毕业于华南师范大学生物化学与分子生物学专业,获理学博士学位。20197月入选国家“博士后创新人才支持计划”,留校从事博士后研究工作。20228月以“高层次人才-青年拔尖人才”留校工作,聘为副教授,硕士生导师。长期从事核酸G4i-motif高级结构的鉴定、功能、形成机制和表观遗传调控机制研究,以第一作者或通讯作者在Nucleic Acids Research201820192022)、Communications Biology2021)、Epigenetics & Chromatin2020)和Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology2015)等国际期刊上发表学术论文数十篇。研究成果被Nature Reviews Molecular Cell BiologyNature ChemistryNucleic Acids ResearchGenome Biology等重要学术刊物文章多次引用。获国家博士后创新人才计划支持,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目、博士后科学基金和广东省自然科学基金等科研项目多项。荣获第十届“中国昆虫学会青年科学技术奖”、广东省百名博士博士后创新人物等荣誉。

研究方向

1、核酸高级结构的鉴定、功能和表观遗传调控机制解析。

2、新型药物及其核酸作用靶点的鉴定。
