个人简介

       黄立华,教授,博士生导师。2007年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,获理学博士学位。2007至2009年在美国康乃尔大学做博士后研究。2009年10月引进到华南师范大学生命科学学院。长期从事昆虫生理和分子生物学研究。在Nature Ecology and Evolution、Cell Research、Insect Biochemistry and Molecular Biology、Insect Molecular Biology等国际刊物上发表论文30多篇。主编《分子生物学实验技术——基础与拓展》(2017,科学出版社)。

 

研究方向

       以斜纹夜蛾和家蚕为研究对象,通过比较基因组、转录组、蛋白质组等方法,结合CRISPR/Cas9、PiggyBac等基因组编辑和转基因技术开展如下研究:1)探讨昆虫变态发育的调控机理。重点解析热激蛋白对蜕皮激素在细胞内的信号传导调控作用;2)家蚕重要经济性状的基因鉴定及应用。重点鉴定吐丝、产卵、发育相关性状基因,解析其功能,并通过构建转基因家蚕以改良家蚕品种;3)转基因昆虫研究。综合应用多种基因编辑及转基因技术,构建转基因昆虫,以防治害虫。

(2) 国家自然科学基金面上项目“热激蛋白70调控斜纹夜蛾蜕皮激素受体的分子机制”,2017年1月-2020年12月,主持人。

(3) 广州市科技计划项目:转基因家蚕体系的建立与应用,2015年-2018年,主持人。

(4)广东省自然科学基金:热激蛋白调控昆虫蜕皮激素受体(EcR)功能的分子机理2015年-2018年,主持人。

(5) 教育部留学回国基金“热激蛋白在蜕皮激素信号传导过程中的作用机理”。2012年,主持人。

(6) 国家自然科学基金面上项目“斜纹夜蛾变态发育期蜕皮激素受体(EcR/USP)互作蛋白的分离鉴定与功能分析”,2012年1月-2015年12月,主持人 。

(7) 国家自然科学(青年)基金“昆虫生长发育过程中热激蛋白基因与蜕皮激素的相互关系”, 2010年1月-2012年12月,主持人。
